The solution
A web app where teachers submit print requests and department staff review, approve or reject them through a clear queue, replacing the informal back-and-forth.

Technical details
What I did
- Built the full request and approval workflow with Express.js and MongoDB
- Designed role-based views so teachers and staff only see what concerns them
- Built the interface with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Challenges and solutions
A clear approval workflow
Modelled the request → review → approve/reject lifecycle as a simple state machine, so staff always know what is pending and what is done.
