Service: SaaS products

My own SaaS for Algerian car dealerships: inventory, leads, orders and invoices in one dashboard.

Built for a real problem: dealerships running everything on WhatsApp and Excel

The problem

Algerian car dealerships run their entire business on WhatsApp groups, paper notebooks and scattered Excel sheets. No software was built for how the DZ automotive market actually works.

The solution

A subscription platform that replaces every manual tool a dealership relies on: inventory, lead pipeline, orders, invoices and client management in a single dashboard that staff understand on first use.

Results

  • My own SaaS, designed and built end to end, with subscription plans ready
  • Live at showroom213.com

Technical details

What I did

  • Took the product from idea to launch: concept, design, architecture, development and deployment
  • Built a multi-tenant architecture where every dealership's data stays isolated
  • Built subscription plans, plan limits and renewals without a third-party billing platform
  • Designed the inventory, lead and invoicing workflows around how Algerian dealers already work
  • Run the infrastructure and keep improving the product

Challenges and solutions

Multi-tenant data isolation

Designed the schema and access layer so each dealership's inventory, leads and invoices stay fully isolated on one shared platform.

Subscription billing from zero

Built subscription management in-house, handling plan limits and renewal logic directly, so pricing could follow the local market.

Designing for non-technical staff

Replacing a WhatsApp-and-notebook routine meant the interface had to be obvious on first use: no onboarding calls, no training documents.
